Half-Day Design
$600
Are you in need of a second opinion, a shopping buddy, a little direction?? Book one of our Half-Day Design sessions and have access to one of our designers for 4 hours.
The hours can be used in one session or split into two and can be used however you'd like. We will come be your sounding board on a shopping trip or help you rethink where your furniture should go! This service is complete after the 4 hours; visuals, products, or other design tasks are not included.

Floor Plan & Furnish
$1200
Sometimes you just need a plan to get started. This service provides you with a complete floor plan along with furniture
recommendations.
The client provides measurements and photos unless a consultation is requested. We will provide actual product names and purchasing information to use when you're ready. We will also give you ideas for accessories and styling.

3. A designer will give you a timeline for completion. This is typically 2-3 weeks.

Full Design
$5500
This service is hands-on and comprehensive. One of our talented designers will guide you through each step of our design process from the beginning to the last detail.
This service is for the client who is looking for the true interior design experience, alongside a design team who can simplify the process. We utilize a phased design approach to keep things streamlined and organized.
*Additional room added for $4500
*Bundle price of $4000 for 3 rooms or more

New Build/Renovation
Flat fee + Priced per sq ft
If you are building or renovating your home this service is for you! We will come alongside you to simplify the selections process, provide guidance on an overall vision, and act as a liaison between you and the builder. We divide our process into three phases:
Planning Phase
$500-$1200
Design Phase
Based on scope. Price ranges from $8-$11/square foot, but is customized for each project. We do offer flat rate pricing on spaces under 350 sq ft.
Execution Phase
Includes full management of your project from our first meeting to completion.
After a consultation and review of our processes, BBI will provide a complete design proposal. Once approved, we will dive in and manage your project from start to...dream home!
